Connect Pulse Meters to the Attune system

This article outlines all of the steps to connect and configure pulse output meter into the Attune Pulse Kit.

  1. Connect wires to the Pulse Meter, ensuring you have enough length to reach from the sensor installation location to the Attune Kit installation location

  2. Remove the lid from the Pulse Kit

  3. Feed the wires through the cable gland (1 in Figure 1) and tighten the gland to create a seal

  4. Land the signal wires on one of the inputs on the Attune Bridge (2 in Figure 1). See the Pulse Bridge Article for the different signal configurations

  5. The 3rd party sensor may require power. If this is the case, land the power wire on the distribution block labelled with the voltage required (typically 24VDC, 12VDC, or 5VDC) for the sensor (3 in Figure 1).

  6. Replace the lid on the Kit

  7. Name the Bridge inputs and configure the pulse signal type (determined in step 4) in the Module Configuration tab in the installation

  8. Set up pulse calculations through the Meters App
