How to connect a PowerScout 3HD Power Submeter to Senseware

You can use a Senseware Modbus Bridge or BACnet Bridge to connect to the Dent PowerScout 3 HD.

Modbus Bridge

  1. Connect the +- RS-485 terminals to the +- Modbus Sensor Bridge terminals with 2-wire.

  2. Configure the registers you want to read from the Modbus Configuration page in the Senseware platform. Reference thePowerScout 3HD Power Submeter under downloads -> register list to see the available registers.

  3. Create and add tiles or charts to a Dashboard to display the data you are collecting from the meter.
