Under the Reports section in the Attune platform, there is a new type of CSV report formatted specifically for use with Generative AI. Currently, only Air Quality data is supported but we will be adding other types of data in the future.
In the Settings section, enter at least one email address for whoever is to receive the CSV file. Since this type of report can contain more data than usual reports, it is processed in the background and an email containing a link to the file will be sent once it is generated. The link is available for 24 hours, if you need to download the report after, just go to the Reports page and click on the cloud icon in your Reports box.
In the Preview section, add a widget and fill the different sections:
File Title: the name of the spreadsheet will be the name of the file you are receiving
Load data for: This will reflect how much data will be loaded in the report
Aggregation period: You can choose if you want to downsample your data to reduce the amount of data to analyze. The function to downsample can be chose later independently for each channel.
Timezone: The timestamps in the report will be based on this option. if you have building in different timezones, you will need adjust the timezones for those buildings in the Generative AI tool.
The next section is where you will be able to select the pattern for the report, i.e. a set of channels and aggregation functions that will then be selected across all the modules for all the installations you are selecting in the last section.
If you only want a subset of IAQs, you can pick 1 site at a time by clicking on the Add Site button. You can then search for modules or simply add them all.
If you want to select all modules for all installs, click on that button all the way at the bottom of the page.
You can edit who has access to the report in the last tab but if you're ready to generate the report, just click on the generate report button and head to your inbox to download the report. You are now ready to start using Generative AI to analyze your data!
